House of Om Sales Rep / Ambassador Program

Terms & Conditions
By registering for and participating in the House of Om Sales Rep / Ambassador Program (“the Program”), you (“the Sales Rep”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which form a binding agreement between you and House of Om Yoga School (“the Company”).
 
1. Engagement & Scope
As a Sales Rep, you are authorized to promote House of Om’s yoga and meditation offerings, including but not limited to YTT200, YTT300, MTT, retreats, and online programs, using your designated tracking link and/or code provided via Everflow.

Sales Reps are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to refer prospective students through online and offline channels, including social media, websites, blogs, email newsletters, and live or in-person events.

All promotions must be truthful, accurate, and aligned with House of Om’s brand values and approved messaging.

 
2. Tracking Links, Codes & Promotional Materials
Each Sales Rep will receive a unique tracking link and/or code via Everflow. These must be used to ensure accurate tracking and commission attribution.

Sales Reps will have access to an Everflow dashboard to track clicks, conversions, and commissions.

Promotional materials provided by House of Om (including images, banners, and approved messaging) may be used as provided. Any modification requires prior written approval.

Sales Reps may not create or distribute unauthorized versions of House of Om branding, logos, or course content.

House of Om reserves the right to revoke access to promotional materials if they are misused or misrepresented.

 
3. Commission & Payment
Sales Reps earn a 10% commission on every successful and confirmed sale made through their tracking link or code.

Commission is calculated based on the final amount paid by the student.

Referred students may receive an official House of Om discount (currently 5%) when using the Sales Rep’s designated tracking link or code.

The discount percentage is determined solely by the House of Om and may be modified, reduced, or removed at any time at the Company’s discretion.

A successful referral is defined as a student who completes payment for an eligible House of Om offering using the Sales Rep’s assigned link or code.

Commission payments are processed quarterly (once every three months).

Payments are made via PayPal or another approved payment method listed in the Sales Rep’s Everflow account.

Commission tracking and calculations are managed exclusively through Everflow.

Commissions will not be paid on canceled, refunded, or disputed transactions.

House of Om reserves the right to withhold or revoke commissions in cases of fraud, policy violations, or suspicious activity.

 
4. Sales Rep Benefits & Community Access
As a House of Om Sales Rep, you may receive access to:

● Exclusive Sales Rep–only webinars
● Special meet-ups and events, both online and offline
● Early access to launches, opportunities, and announcements
● Participation in the House of Om Sales Rep / Ambassador community and support channels
● Sales Reps may promote the official House of Om Sales Rep discount (currently 5%) exclusively through their designated tracking link or code.
● Sales Reps may not advertise or promise any additional discounts beyond what is officially authorized by House of Om.
 
5. Promotional Standards & Brand Use
Sales Reps agree to uphold the integrity and reputation of House of Om. The following are strictly prohibited:

● Misleading or false claims regarding pricing, outcomes, certification, or instructors
● Misrepresentation of accreditation or guarantees
● Unauthorized paid advertising using House of Om brand keywords (including “House of Om,” “YTT Bali,” or similar variations)
● Spam, pressure-based, or unethical marketing tactics
● Sales Reps may not create, advertise, or imply additional discounts, special pricing, or private arrangements beyond the officially approved Sales Rep discount. Unauthorized discounting may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.
All promotions must comply with applicable local advertising and consumer protection laws in the Sales Rep’s country of residence.

 
6. Independent Contractor Relationship
This agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

Sales Reps/Ambassadors act as independent contractors and are not entitled to employment benefits, compensation guarantees, or expense reimbursement.

Sales Reps are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.

 
7. Confidentiality
Any non-public or internal information shared with Sales Reps (including pricing strategies, internal documents, or student-related data) must be kept strictly confidential.

This obligation remains in effect even after termination from the Program.

 
8. Program Changes & Termination
House of Om reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without prior notice.

Either party may terminate participation at any time by providing written notice.

Sales Reps terminated for cause (including policy violations or fraudulent activity) will forfeit any unpaid commissions.

Commissions are payable only for eligible referrals made prior to termination.

 
9. Intellectual Property
All House of Om trademarks, logos, content, course descriptions, and media remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

Sales Reps may not copy, resell, repurpose, or claim ownership of House of Om materials.

 
10. Limitation of Liability
House of Om is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Sales Rep’s promotional activities.

Sales Reps are fully responsible for their own representations, conduct, and financial obligations.

 
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
